PET Imaging

Positron emission tomography (PET) is anuclear imagingtechnology (also referred to asmolecular imaging)，使人体代谢过程可视化。PET成像的基本技术是检测由正电子发射的放射性核素(也称为放射性药物、放射性核素或放射性示踪剂)间接发射的成对伽马射线。这种示踪剂被注射在一个生物活性分子上，通常是一种用于细胞能量的糖。PET系统具有灵敏的探测器面板，可以捕捉人体内部的伽马射线辐射，并使用软件绘制出辐射源的三角坐标，生成人体内示踪剂浓度的三维计算机断层扫描图像。
